I have not received my card. When will my card be delivered?

If you haven't received your card, follow these steps:

  1. Go to 'Cards' section (the card icon in the top right), tap on the card and select 'More details' for an estimated delivery date.
  2. If the delivery date has passed, select Reorder this card to get a replacement. The first replacement is at no cost.

To prevent delivery issues, verify your address before ordering.

In the case of issues like an opened envelope, please reorder. Delivery times may extend during holidays.
