Lost or stolen device

If any device was lost, stolen, or may be at risk, follow the below steps where possible to help secure your account.

Change your passcode

  1. From the 'Home' screen, tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
  2. Tap 'Account'
  3. Select 'Change passcode'
  4. Verify your identity with a selfie

Remove lost or stolen device

  1. From the 'Home' screen, tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
  2. Tap on 'Security'
  3. Select 'Devices'
  4. Swipe left on the lost or stolen device to log out

Report any suspicious activity

  1. If you've noticed additional login attempts, please contact us
  2. Review your transactions and tap on any transactions that weren't done by you
