f your National ID card has your current residential address printed on it, you can upload a clear photo of that. If not, you can use the official government app, RO CEI Reader, to download the correct address document and upload that file to us.

• The name and address on the document must match the details on your Revolut account exactly. If your address is incorrect, update it in-app first
• You'll need to upload a PDF or photo of your physical document
• The document must be dated within the last 6 months
• The entire document must be clear and readable. Blurry documents won't be accepted
• The document must be issued in the Latin alphabet

• Bank or credit card statements showing recent transactions
• Account opening confirmation letters or bank verification letters that show your address
• Car or home insurance policy documents from an accredited provider
• Mortgage statements or loan agreements
• Official correspondence from an accredited financial institution

• Utility bills related to your property, such as electricity, water, gas, council tax, landline telephone, broadband, mobile phone bills, internet bills and waste or garbage disposal bills
• Lease or rental agreements, stamped by a notary or government agency, and signed by both the landlord and tenant
• A house purchase agreement or title deed

• Any official government or recognised public authority document like tax certificates, domicile certificate, fiscal residence certificates, health services, motor taxes, letters from your local country council
• Government issued IDs like national identity cards or residence permits, including resident permits for temporary protection beneficiaries
• Official university letters specifying your residential address
