How long will Revolut hold my data?

Different data may have different retention terms. We’re required to keep certain personal data for a minimum of 8 years under Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering laws. To make sure we comply with these requirements, we have detailed policies and procedures in place. We may keep your personal data for a longer time because of a possible or ongoing court claim, or for another legal reason.

This regulation applies to all banks.

Data we retain

To check what general information we have about you in the app:

  1. Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
  2. Select 'Documents and statements'
  3. Tap 'General'
  4. Choose 'Subject access request'

How to request data deletion

You’ll need to contact [email protected] to request data deletion. Our specialists will let you know if your request can be processed.
