Conditions for the Referral campaign

Eligible customers can get a reward for inviting their friends to Revolut if their invitees complete the required steps before the deadline.
Only the person inviting friends may be eligible for the reward, unless you have received a communication directly from Revolut about being eligible for additional rewards.

Required steps for invitees

Open an account

Use your unique referral campaign invite link from the referrer to sign up for a Revolut account. It must be your first time signing up for a Revolut account and you’ll also need to verify your identity in-app. <18 account sign-ups aren’t eligible for Referral campaign.

Add money

Add money to your Revolut account by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer. Money added to your account by transfers from other Revolut customers won’t count. For more information, visit this FAQ.

Order a physical card

You’ll need to order a physical Revolut card before the referral deadline. Ordering a card associated with Revolut Pro, Revolut <18, Revolut Business, or a Joint Account won't count. For more information, visit this FAQ.


Make payments

Eligible completed card payments can be made with a virtual card or physical card. Eligible payments include those:  

  • Made with a physical or virtual card
  • Made online or in-store
  • Made using Apple Pay or Google Pay
  • Greater than or equal to the minimum amount visible to the referrer on their in-app 'Referrals' page

Payments related to currency exchange service providers, payment processing websites, gambling, gift cards, or money transfers
are not eligible.

Different campaign types

Some Referral campaigns may require you to make a different number of card payments, or they might need to be made on separate days before the campaign ends. To find out the exact requirements for the campaign you were invited to participate in, ask your referrer to check their app and follow these steps:

  1. Go to the 'Home' screen
  2. Tap the profile icon in the top-left corner
  3. Select 'Invite friends' to see the specific requirements for your Referral campaign
