There are a number of reasons why a deposit may not be accepted. To know more about why a deposit may not be accepted, check out this FAQ.

If we didn't accept a deposit, you’ll need to manually reverse it in-app. Just find the deposit on your transaction list, tap 'Return funds', and provide a wallet for the reversal.
