I did not receive the correct amount of cash from the ATM

Please fill out a chargeback form straight away with all of the details about the ATM, bank, and transaction:

  • Go to Payments and select the relevant transaction
  • Click Report an issue
  • Select the issue
  • Raise the request and provide the details

The request should be updated within 2 weeks and if we need any more information, our chargeback team will reach out to you.

If you have not received any details from us in 15 days and the dispute is not completed, contact our support team to provide more information about the process.
