How can I log in with a new mobile device?

If you've changed your mobile device, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Revolut Business app on your new device and select Sign in
  2. Enter your email address 
  3. Enter your passcode
  4. You’ll receive an email to verify your email address — follow the instructions there
  5. You might be asked to scan a QR code to log in securely on the web app
  6. You might be redirected to Revolut Business mobile app (or Apple App Store/Google Play store if you don’t have it installed)
  7. Log in with your mobile app passcode. If you don’t remember it, you can reset it
  8. If you’re not using a trusted device, you might be asked for a quick selfie
  9. You will be redirected to the web app after using your passcode and/or confirming login via the e-mail we send
