Edit or delete catalogue items, categories, and tax rates

Add an item to your catalogue

  • In the Revolut Business mobile app, go to the 'Merchant' menu and select 'Products' in the top-right menu. On the product screen, select '+ New product' at the top right
  • On the Revolut Business web app, go to 'Merchant' tab and then select 'Products'. In the top-right corner, tap '+ New product'

Edit or delete an item in your catalogue

  • Go to the product catalogue screen
  • Select the item you want to edit or delete
  • A new screen will open, where you can edit product details or delete it completely
  • Deleting items from the 'All items' section will also remove them from their categories

Manage tax rates in the product catalogue

  • Select an item to edit or add a new item
  • On the edit item screen, select 'Tax rate' dropdown
  • Tap 'Manage rates'
  • From here you can edit an existing rate, or add a new tax rate
  • To add a new rate, tap 'Add rate'
  • Tap 'Add' to save and finish

Add a category to your product catalogue

  • Go to the product catalogue screen
  • In the Revolut Business mobile app, tap 'Create new' next to the 'Categories' section
  • In the Revolut Business web app, tap 'Categories' and select '+ New'

Edit or delete a category in your catalogue

  • Go to the product catalogue screen
  • On the category screen select the category you wish to modify
  • Tap the pencil icon next to the category name
  • From here, you can edit or delete the category
