Why is my Merchant account blocked?

If you’re unable to use your Merchant account, check if you have any outstanding requests from us. To do so, go to the 'Merchant' tab on your Home screen, or search for it in the Hub.

There's a couple reasons we may have to block your Merchant account. Most commonly, we might need information from you to:

  • support a transaction on your account
  • offer more details on your business

We’ll notify you in this case and clearly list any required actions on your account. So, just follow the instructions on your Merchant tab, and you should be good to go.
