One of the referral steps shows as not completed
Here's a breakdown of each step and how they must be completed.
'Sign up using your link' step
Referees must use your distinct link.
'Pass eligibility and verification' step
Referees or their business must meet the meet the eligibility criteria.
'Order a physical card' step
Referees have to order a card and will not be eligible if they then cancel it.
'Add or receive money' step
Referees have to add or receive money by bank transfer before the campaign deadline.
'Make 1 or more purchases' step
Referees must complete purchase(s) which total the required amount.
- Foreign exchange transactions, transfers, gambling, and gift cards are not eligible purchases
- Card payments can be made with a virtual or physical card (online or in-store), with Apple Pay or Google Pay, and before or after ordering a physical card
- Pending card payments become eligible once they're marked as 'completed' in the transactions list in the referee's app. You can still earn a reward after the deadline, once any eligible payments were made before the deadline
