Sending invoices to clients

What is an invoice?

With an active Merchant account, you can send an invoice to your customers which easily tells them how much money they owe you for services or products you provided.

An invoice is an official way to keep a record of each sale you make, including how much money the customer needs to pay you.

You can only issue invoices in English. Supported currencies can be found in this article.

To send an invoice to one of your clients:

  • Go to 'Home' on the main menu
  • Web: click 'Merchant' and 'Invoices'. Mobile: tap 'Merchant' and the top-right icon
  • Select 'Invoices' and New invoice
  • Add or select the client that you want to send the invoice to
  • Complete the invoice details
  • Review your invoice (some details can only be edited in Invoice settings)
  • If everything is correct, select 'Send'

You can also edit unpaid invoices or invoice drafts. Once you open the 'New invoice' screen, the invoice number is registered permanently.

These numbers run sequentially in the order they're created. Incomplete invoices are saved as a draft, but if the invoice draft is deleted, that invoice number is terminated irreversibly and can't be used again.
