I need to provide business information for my active account

You'll need to provide additional business information for one or more of the following reasons:

  • Standard verification checks every 1–3 years to keep your business information up-to-date and meet our regulatory requirements
  • You've postponed verification during the Business account application process and you're now required to provide it
  • Changes in business or personal details
  • You've performed or received a transaction that requires additional checks

Providing requested information

In your Revolut Business app: 

  1. Go to 'Home' on the main menu
  2. Select the tile requesting more information
  3. Check what information has been requested, its current status, and the time remaining before your account may be limited
  4. Follow the instructions to submit the required information and/or documents

If we reject your proof, you can find the explanation behind our decision on your 'Home' screen under the banner that requires action.

We may also require:

  • Your source of wealth. Learn more in this FAQ

Account limitations and review timeframes

If you don't provide the requested information and/or documents within the required timeframe, your account will be limited and money transfers, card payments, merchant actions, and currency exchanges will be affected.

We aim to review your information within 3 business days. In some cases, it may take longer. After submitting what's required, we'll pause the time you have left before your account becomes limited.

I don't see any requests in-app

If you've received a notification or an email from us with a request for information but don't see an in-app request, we no longer need any information from your side.

Only Business account owners and admins can view and action requests.
