How can I resend an invitation or invite my shareholders or directors?
We require you to verify identities for major shareholders and directors. Please invite your business associates to verify their identities:
- Go to your application, or to the 'Request' tab
- Enter the section 'Business owners'
- Add the director/owner to the list
- Click on their name to send an email or share a link to invite the person to complete the profile
If their first attempt to verify identityfailed:
- That person will receive an email informing that details are missing
- They then have 14 days to submit the remaining details using the previous link sent or the email they received
- If this period expires, the applicant can delete the person and add them again to immediately send a new invitation
Once your business owners have provided their details, please allow 24 hours for our team to verify them and respond.
