Report a card payment as a scam or fraud

If you believe you've been the victim of a scam or fraud, immediately end all communication with the fraudster or scammer.

Report a card transaction as fraudulent

In your Revolut app:

  1. Tap the transaction in your transactions list. If you have multiple to report, you'll be able to add them in the form later
  2. Tap 'Get help'
  3. Choose 'Report this payment as fraudulent'
  4. Follow the steps to raise a claim
  5. Select the option that best describes your situation
  6. After you submit the form, your card will be terminated

We'll get in touch with you as soon as possible regarding your claim. You can also track the progress of your claim in-app by tapping the transaction you have reported. Learn more about the dispute process and timelines in this FAQ.
