Why was my ATM withdrawal declined?
Check the withdrawal in your history
In the Revolut mobile app:
- Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
- Tap 'See all' to open your transactions list
- Select the withdrawal to view the transaction details. You’ll see the reason for the declined withdrawal in the 'Status' section
- For more help, tap 'Get help'
If you’ve been charged incorrectly, you’ll see support options after you tap 'Get help'.
If you can’t find the withdrawal in your history
From 'Home' screen, select 'See all' under your transactions list and tap the filter button at the top right to check all currency accounts.
