If you previously marked a card as undelivered and ordered a replacement for that card instead, the original card (which you marked as undelivered) is no longer valid for use. Even if the card eventually arrives, it can't be used.

We recommend you to destroy the original card. You can check the expected delivery date of your new replacement card in the Cards section.

While you wait for your replacement physical card to be delivered, you can link it to Google Pay or Apple Pay to start using it instantly. You can use Google Pay or Apple Pay to shop online, or wherever you see contactless symbol.
