I set up integration but no transactions appear in FreeAgent
We sync transactions with FreeAgent every 4–6 hours (occasionally, it can take up to 24 hours), so your transactions might still be in the queue for syncing. If you've waited and still don’t see them, check the following:
- Ensure you've connected the correct currency account(s) during the setup process. Log in to your Revolut Business account and check the Integration settings to confirm
- We only export completed transactions to FreeAgent. Make sure that the transactions you expect to see have been fully completed
Sync issues
Additionally, check if there are any 'Sync errors' or similar preventing transactions from being exported. If you see any errors, follow the on-screen instructions or reach out to Revolut Support via the in-app chat.
