Perplexity access
The Perplexity subscription benefit is available to Premium (first-time Perplexity Pro customers only), Metal, and Ultra customers. To access your complimentary Perplexity subscription in-app:
- Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
- Select Your plan
- Scroll down until you see your plan benefits and tap 'See all'
- Select 'Perplexity' and follow the instructions to activate this benefit
Once that's done, you'll be subscribed to a complimentary Perplexity Pro subscription for a maximum of 12 months (Premium), or 24 months (Metal and Ultra).
My Perplexity access stopped working
On the Premium plan, Perplexity Pro is included for 12 months. On the Metal and Ultra plan, the benefit is included for 24 months. If you’ve reached this limit, the benefit will no longer be available on your current plan.
If you’re a Metal or Ultra member, or haven't hit your Premium limit yet, check that you’ve added a payment method on your Perplexity account to keep your access active:
- Log in to Perplexity
- Go to 'Account', then 'Manage subscription'
- Add a payment method to your account to instantly regain access to your Pro benefits
Avoiding unwanted charges
You shouldn’t be charged before the end date shown in your Perplexity account. If you want to avoid being charged before the end date, you can cancel your subscription at any time via Perplexity:
- Log in to Perplexity
- Go to 'Account', then 'Manage subscription'
- Select 'Cancel subscription'
Downgrading your Revolut plan will automatically cancel your Perplexity Pro benefit, and you'll be downgraded to a Perplexity free plan. Read more on the Plan Partnerships page.
