How does Wealth Protection protect me when selfie verification fails?

You will have 3 tries to verify your selfie. If we are unable to verify your identity via selfie verification, a chat agent will help you verify your identity. 

If we suspect it’s not you, we’ll temporarily restrict your account to keep your account safe.

  • Make sure any uploaded documents are clear, valid, and not expired
  • Have recent transaction documents ready for potential verification
