Billing discount for limited accounts
If your account was temporarily limited for reasons outside your control, you'll receive a discount on your next invoice, once your account is fully operational again. The discount is based on how many days your account was limited. We calculate the discount as follows:
Discount = (subscription fee ÷ total days in previous billing period) times number of fully limited days
Here's an example
If your monthly subscription is £100, and your account was fully limited for 21 out of a 31-day billing period, your discount would be:
- £100 (subscription fee) ÷ 31 (days in billing period) x 21 (number of days account was fully limited) = £67.74
If your account remains in a fully limited state for reasons outside your control, for an entire billing period or longer, a refund will be issued in the next billing cycle, once full account access has been restored.
