I can't see a referred business in my active referrals
If you can't see the person you referred in your list of active referrals (found in the 'Referral' section), it could be because:
- They haven't created an account yet or they didn't use your unique referral link
- They didn't open a corporate account
- The referee and their business didn't meet our eligibility requirements (found in our T&Cs)
- The invitee or their business didn't complete verification steps before the campaign deadline
Creating multiple accounts or referring yourself is against our policy. Unfortunately, in all of the above scenarios, your referral won't be recorded, and you won't be eligible for a reward. For more help, submit this form.
