How do I use my airport lounge pass?
In the Revolut app:
- Go to 'Lifestyle' on the bottom menu
- Select Lounges followed by 'See passes'
- Present your QR code at the lounge check-in desk
Using your airport lounge pass
You need to present your QR code along with a valid ID at the check-in desk to access the lounge. A valid ID is an official documentation that shows your photo and name for verification against your lounge pass.
If you don't use the pass immediately, you can save it for a future trip. Lounge passes are not tied to any specific lounge, and can also be reassigned to another passenger in the app if needed, but they must be used within 12 months of purchase.
Rules for using an airport lounge pass
- Search for an airport or look at nearby airports. Not all airports and lounges are available. View available lounges and their details, such as locations, in the app before purchasing a pass
- The length of stay at a lounge is subject to the lounge terms. It's usually 2 to 3 hours
- One pass permits entry for one user only
- Ultra plan members have a 30-minute waiting period before their unlimited passes become visible again for a re-scan
