Can I cancel an Airport Fast Track pass?
Free cancellation available on selected bookings
Not all lanes allow free cancellation as these rules are set by the respective lane's policies. When booking your Fast Track pass in-app, before checkout, you'll be able to see whether or not free cancellation is possible. You’ll also see the time limits to request a cancellation.
Free cancellations and refunds are only available if you cancel before the deadline. After this window passes, your pass becomes non-refundable. These cancellation time limits are separate from the pass availability / QR code generation time.
Cancellation steps
If the lane you have booked a Fast Track pass for allows you to cancel your pass, you can do so in the Revolut app:
- Go to 'Lifestyle' on the bottom menu of the Revolut app
- Select Fast Track
- Select the pass you want to cancel under 'Active passes'
- Select 'Manage booking', then 'Cancel booking'
If you don't see this option, it's because the lane you booked does not allow for cancellation.
