Why was my card payment declined if I have enough funds?
Check if the card is linked to a currency
If the card is linked to a currency account with a low balance, the payment will be declined even if you have enough money across your other accounts. To choose what currency your card spends from, select the card → tap 'Settings' → 'Spend from'.
Low balance in a specific currency account
Make sure you have enough money in the individual currency account you want to pay from (or that your card is linked to) to avoid transaction rejections — even if your total balance across all accounts is enough.
Check future payments
Check scheduled payments to make sure your account balance is enough.
