How to cancel a dispute

You can only cancel a dispute if we haven't yet shared the case with the merchant.

To check if you can cancel a dispute:

  • From your home screen, tap 'See all' to open your transactions list
  • Tap the transaction
  • 'Cancel' will appear at the top of the dispute tracker
