My card was stolen. What should I do?
If your card was lost or stolen, replace it as soon as possible. To do this from your Revolut app:
- Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
- Tap the cards icon in the top-right corner
- Choose the card you have lost or that has been stolen
- Tap 'Settings'
- Scroll down and tap 'Replace card'
- Tap 'It was lost' if your card was lost or 'I was a victim of fraud or theft' if your card was compromised or stolen
- Follow the steps on-screen to terminate the lost card and order a new one
While waiting for your new card to arrive, you can add it to your Apple Pay or Google Pay wallet to start using it immediately.
