My physical card is not working
If you are having trouble using your card and the declined transaction is visible in the app 👉 click on the transaction for the exact decline reason and relevant troubleshooting tips.
If the transaction does not show in the app:
Try using a different method
- In person: chip and Pin, contactless with card, swipe, Apple or Google
- Online: enter details manually or use Apple or Google
Try using a different card
- Go to 'Cards' section, by tapping the card icon in the top right, to see your available cards
- Click here to get a virtual card
- Add the card to Apple or Google
- If your physical card payments do not work but your card works with Apple or Google 👉 try using the physical card with another merchant.
If your physical card continues to fail 👉 check for damage and order a replacement by selecting the card and tapping on Replace card, if needed (fees may apply).
