What to do if my card was lost or stolen?

If your card is lost or stolen, please follow the below steps:

  1. Go to 'Cards' in-app by tapping the card icon in the top right of your home screen
  2. Select the card
  3. Tap 'Settings'
  4. To cancel the card, tap 'Terminate Card'
  5. To order a replacement, tap 'Replace Card'
  6. To temporarily block the card, simply tap 'Freeze'

You can also cancel your card by calling 800-110-0344 if your card was issued by VISA or 800-1100-113 for Mastercard. When you’ve ordered a new card, you’ll be given an expected delivery date.

For a lost or stolen <18 card:

  1. Open your child's <18 account
  2. Tap on their card
  3. Tap 'Freeze'
  4. Select 'Settings'
  5. Tap 'Replace card'

Report fraud in-app with our online chargeback form by tapping transactions then 'Get help'.

If you have any doubts about the security of your card, it's best to cancel it and request a new one. We're unable to reactivate a cancelled card for security reasons.
