How to make a new claim

  • To file a claim, please email: sg.travelclaims@allianz.com

How to check your coverage

  • Tap this link or go to 'Home' on the bottom menu, look for the search bar at the top of the screen, and search for 'Insurance'
  • Select 'Travel', choose a coverage type
  • Tap 'All documents'
  • Select 'Full coverage wording'

Documentation to file a claim

Allianz will ask for documentation to support your claim. They may ask for information such as but not limited to:

  • Original trip booking invoice(s)
  • Relevant reports (e.g. policy reports, medical reports)
  • Original receipts
