Emergency medical assistance abroad
If you need urgent medical care while abroad, go to the nearest medical centre or hospital to see a doctor. Coverage is as follows:
- Emergency medical and dental expenses: up to S$200,000 coverage for medical costs incurred due to an illness or injury while on your trip
- Travel accident: coverage for death, permanent disablement, or loss of sight or limb(s) due to a travel accident, with benefits up to S$100,000
- Emergency transportation: up to actual cost for emergency evacuation, medical repatriation, and repatriation of remains, and up to S$5,000 coverage for transport to bedside
