Cover for damaged, lost or delayed baggage

For delayed baggage:

If you haven't received your baggage for six consecutive hours, you'll be paid S$200 up to the limit of S$1,000.

Should the delay occur in Singapore, you'll be paid a maximum sum of S$200, provided you've experienced a delay of more than six hours.

For lost or damaged baggage:

The maximum sub-limit covered for each insured person for any single item or set of items is S$1,000, and the maximum amount of cover for all claims combined is up to S$5,000 per insured person.
