Why is my card not posted yet?
As soon as you place your order, we generate your card details and start preparing your physical card. The entire process usually takes up to two business days. Sometimes, however, it may take an additional business day before the card is shipped, but don't worry your card will still arrive on time.
Simply head to the 'Cards' Tab to stay up-to-date with the status of your card delivery.
