Will I be able to request back my donation?
Unfortunately, we are not able to refund donations that have already been made, even if the donation was made by mistake or the amount is sent to the wrong charity organisation.
To minimise the risk of mistakenly made transfers, we always ask you to confirm the donation amount before the payment is complete.
