I have not received my reward for the Referral Campaign. Why?
Make sure the person you invited has completed all of these steps before the deadline for your campaign. You can find the deadline date in the email invitation we sent to you.
- signing-up using a promo campaign link,
- verifying the identity,
- adding money by debit card or a bank transfer. Please note: internal transfers do not count
- ordering a physical Revolut card, and
- making 3 card payments (can be using a virtual card while they wait for their physical one).
These card payments do not have to be completed; they can be in pending state. Minimum transaction amounts apply as well and are laid out in the invitation email.
If your friend has performed all the above steps, a reward should already be assigned to your Revolut account.
