What's an External Account?

Your External Account is a personal deposit account (current or savings account) held with a bank in Singapore. Users who have set up their External Account can hold more than the Payment Services Act end-of-day limit (S$5,000) in their Revolut account throughout the day; at the end of each day (between 23:30 and 23:59), any excess over the regulatory limit of S$5,000 or foreign currency equivalent will be automatically transferred to the External Account. This allows you to easily transact and enjoy greater flexibility on the amount of money you can hold with your Revolut account.
