Is the <18 account affected by the Payment Services Act?

Our <18 account is considered a 'Small Personal Payment Account' under the Payment Services Act, so the S$5,000 end-of-day account limit doesn't apply. However, if you add money to your child’s account, the transfer will count to your S$30,000 annual transaction limit.
