My beneficiary has not received my card transfer

In rare cases, banks may delay transferring funds to cards, which could take 48 hours. To get more information on when the funds will arrive, download the transfer confirmation and share it with the recipient's bank. Learn how to download it in this article.

If the funds have not arrived after 48 hours and the bank has not provided guidance:

  1. Search for the transaction in your transaction history
  2. Tap on 'Get help'
  3. Select the option 'When will my transfer arrive?' for further guidance
