When you buy or sell crypto in Revolut, you’re making what’s known as a crypto exchange — swapping one currency (like GBP or EUR) for a cryptocurrency, or vice versa. In the Revolut mobile app:

• Go to Crypto on the bottom menu
• Tap 'Trade'
• Choose a cryptocurrency
• Select 'Buy' or 'Sell'
• Add the amount
• Review and confirm your order

Once a crypto exchange has been completed, it isn't possible to cancel a crypto transaction. The only way to revert it is to execute a new transaction in the opposite direction.

• Go to Crypto on the bottom menu
• Select the cryptocurrency related to the order you wish to deactivate or cancel
• Tap 'Orders'
• Select 'Deactivate' or 'Delete' for recurring buys, or select 'Cancel' for limit and stop orders

As a Major Payments Institution licensee, we must comply with the flow cap limit imposed by the Payment Services Act. The limit specifies that annual transactions from your e-money wallet can't exceed SGD 100,000, including transactions for buying cryptocurrency.
