How to withdraw funds
- Go to Invest on the bottom menu
- Tap 'Withdraw'
- Enter the amount
The withdrawn funds land in your USD currency account, which you can check by tapping Accounts from your home screen.
When to withdraw funds
When you sell a security, the funds from the sale will be added to your USD balance in your Brokerage account. You can either use them to buy another security or withdraw them to your USD balance in your main Revolut account.
You'll be able to reinvest the cash proceeds into another security immediately. However, you won't be able to withdraw funds until they've been settled. It normally takes 1 trading day.
If 1 trading day has passed, but the funds are still not available for withdrawal, make sure to check if there were any market holidays.
How is a trading day calculated?
For US-listed securities, a trading day runs from 09:30 to 16:00, Eastern Time (ET). Trading days are usually Monday to Friday, except for market holidays or shortened trading days. When a trading day ends, all share trading ends until the next trading day begins.
