Withdrawing funds from your investment account
- Go to 'Invest' on the bottom menu
- Tap 'Withdraw'
- Enter the amount
The withdrawn funds land in your USD currency account, which you can check by going to the 'Home' screen and tapping 'Accounts'.
When can I withdraw funds from my investment account?
When you sell a security, the funds from the sale will be added to your USD balance in your investment account. You can either use them to buy another security or withdraw to your USD balance in your main Revolut account.
You'll be able to immediately reinvest the cash proceeds into another security. However, you won't be able to withdraw funds until they've been settled. It normally takes 1 trading day.
If 1 trading day has passed, but the funds are still not available for withdrawal, make sure to check if there were any market holidays.
How is a trading day calculated?
For US-listed securities, a trading day runs from 9:30am Eastern Time (ET) to 4:00pm ET. Trading days are usually Monday to Friday, except for market holidays or shortened trading days. When a trading day ends, all share trading ends until the next trading day begins.
