My card deposit failed but I was charged for it

When a card deposit fails, we inform your bank about it right away. Sometimes it might take your bank up to 5 business days to process our message and update your balance back to its original level.

In most cases, you haven't been charged, but the money is on hold with your bank. This means that while you may not be able to use it, it hasn't left your bank account.

How quickly your balance is updated depends on your bank, so if it’s been more than 5 days, we recommend you reach out to them for an update.

You can download the confirmation document for your failed transaction and share it with your bank for more help. To do that, go to 'Transactions', open your transaction attempt, and tap 'Download' in the confirmation section.
