Is my device eligible for Revolut Device Insurance?

Devices less than 6 months old that have an IMEI number are eligible to be insured.

If your device is older than 14 days when you buy Revolut Device Insurance, your insurance coverage will start after 4 weeks. If it is less than 14 days, your insurance coverage starts immediately. Device Insurance is available to all of our customers across the European Economic Area.

Customers must provide a copy of the original receipt to make a claim.
