Revolut Pro payment request
A payment request link is an easy way to accept card payments from your customers. By simply sharing a link, you can receive payments from anyone, anywhere.
Create a Revolut Pro payment request link or QR code
In the main Revolut app:
- Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
- Below your balance, tap 'Accounts'
- Scroll down and tap 'Pro'
- Tap 'New Sale' and choose 'Payment link' or QR code
- Fill in the amount, currency, and description
- Tap 'Continue' and share the link or QR code with your customer
Manage your Revolut Pro payment requests
In the main Revolut app:
- Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
- Below your balance, tap 'Accounts'
- Scroll down and tap 'Pro'
- Select the sales entry or payment you'd like to know more about or manage
Cancel a payment request
In the main Revolut app:
- Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
- Below your balance, tap 'Accounts'
- Scroll down and tap 'Pro' and 'See all sales'
- Select the required payment request and tap 'Cancel'
If your customer has already paid the payment request, you can issue a refund from the payment request entry you selected. However, if it’s been more than 30 days since you created the payment request, it will have expired, and no action is needed.
Direct Debits aren't available for the Revolut Pro account.
