How to change your plan

  1. Open the Revolut app on your mobile device
  2. Go to your 'Profile'
  3. Tap 'Your plan'
  4. Tap 'Manage'
  5. Tap 'Change plan'
  6. Choose your desired plan and follow the prompts to complete your plan change

Upgrading your plan

If you upgrade your plan, the change will be immediate and your billing date will be updated accordingly. If you wish to enrol in annual billing, you can change this after you sign up for the monthly plan.

Free and promotional trials

You will automatically be enrolled into a monthly plan at the end of your trial.

If you don’t want to continue with the plan, you need to downgrade before the end of the trial or within 14 days (cooling off period), whichever is later.

Downgrading your plan

Within the cooling off or trial period

If you downgrade in the first 14 days (cooling-off period) or during a freepromotional trial, the change will be immediate, and you will be refunded the full amount paid, less:

  • A fee if you ordered a plan-specific card
  • A fee if you used any plan benefits

After the cooling off or trial period

If you downgrade after the cooling off or trial period, you will not be refunded any paid fees, including the fees for the month or year in which you downgrade.

Changes will come into effect in the next billing cycle.

Break fees

  • 7.98 € if you downgrade from a monthly Plus plan after the cooling off/trial period but within 10 months
  • 17.98 € if you downgrade from a monthly Premium plan after the cooling off/trial period but within 10 months
  • 31.98 € if you downgrade from a monthly Metal plan after the cooling off/trial period but within 10 months
  • 55 € if you downgrade from a monthly Ultra plan after the cooling off/trial period but within 6 months

There are no downgrade fees after these time frames, or for annual plans, but remember changes will not come into effect until the next billing cycle.
