My Ramp payment was completed but the transaction did not go through. What should I do?

If the transaction fails after making the payment, you won't be charged. Any pending funds will be returned to your bank account within 5 business days.

If you used a card from another account and the payment failed, we'll instantly inform your bank about it. It may take your bank up to 5 days to process our message and update your balance.

In the case of a failed transaction, if you don’t receive your money back in 5 business days, please reach out to us and we’ll look into it for you.
