Expenses not syncing to NetSuite

Completed expenses will automatically sync to NetSuite. If the expense data isn't automatically syncing, check the following in your Revolut Business app:

  • Make sure your Business account is linked to your NetSuite account
  • If 'Expense sync' is enabled
  • If the expense displays 'Configured for NetSuite' above it
  • If the expense has been completed and is marked as 'Exported'

Synced expenses should have 'Configured for NetSuite' above them and be marked as 'Exported'. Pending expenses remain in 'Ready to export' until the transaction is completed.

For the sync to be successful, NetSuite SuiteTax must not be enabled.
