Why did my card payment fail?

To find out why your card payment failed:

  1. Go to 'Cards' tab 
  2. Select the card which you used when the payment failed
  3. In the transactions section, select the declined transaction
  4. You’ll see the reason it was declined, and what you can do to make the next transaction successful
  5. For more help, click 'Get help' at the bottom of the screen
