Set up Expenses and FreeAgent integration

How does it work?

Integrating Revolut Business and FreeAgent accounts allows you to sync data between the two platforms. This is particularly handy for completed expenses, as they can be automatically exported to FreeAgent for hassle-free bookkeeping and account reconciliation.

Set up FreeAgent integration

You can set up FreeAgent integration on the Revolut web app only.

  1. Go to 'Settings' by clicking the cog in the top-right corner
  2. Select 'Integrations' on the left menu
  3. Under 'Accounting', click 'Add new'
  4. Select 'FreeAgent'
  5. Next to 'Expenses', click 'Connect'
  6. Log in to your FreeAgent account and approve Revolut Business 
  7. Return to 'FreeAgent' in 'Integrations' menu in-app, click 'Expenses' and toggle 'Auto-sync' on
