How do I make a complaint about Ultra trip and event cancellation protection?

If you want to make a complaint regarding this insurance type, or with any claim, you’ll need to contact our insurance provider directly. 

To raise a complaint with Qover, email them at [email protected]

You can also call the Qover team to raise a complaint. The phone number can be found in the complaints section of the policy wording. 

You can find the policy wording in-app: 

  1. Go to 'RevPoints' on the bottom menu
  2. Tap 'Insurance'
  3. Choose 'Travel' and select the cover type 'Cancel for any reason' 
  4. Tap 'All documents' and select 'Full coverage wording'

If you raise a complaint to Revolut regarding this insurance or a recent claim, we'll forward it to Qover, who will handle the matter for you.
