Can I get an update on my case?

Not to worry, we'll update you during each stage of the dispute process and let you know the expected date for an outcome. We'll also provide an explanation when any decision has been reached via email and in-app.

How to check the status of a dispute

In the Revolut mobile app: 

  1. Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu 
  2. Tap 'See all' to open your transactions list
  3. Tap the disputed transaction
  4. View the dispute tracker

I need to provide updated information to Revolut

If we need any additional information to support your case, we'll let you know in-app. We'll wait up to a maximum of 15 days to hear back from you. If you fail to reply within this timeframe, we'll proceed to cancel your case.

Chargeback timeframes

How long you'll likely need to wait for an outcome depends on the case type:

  • Fraud cases: within 10 days after you report the matter to us
  • ATM cases: up to 45 days after you report the matter to us
  • Disputes: up to 120 days after you report the matter to us
